What does “printed on demand” mean?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we print your item as soon as we receive your order, cancellations or changes must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns for size or style changes.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just reach out with a photo and your order number.
